How do I become a Prep'd member?

To join, simply select the box which is right for you, complete your personal details and process your payment, you will then be redirected to our menu to make your meal selections. Once you're a member, you can select your weekly meals via your account - simply make your selections by midday Friday prior to delivery week.

If you prefer, we can send you our favourite dinner kits each week according to your meal kit size and quantity required.

You can cancel your subscription at any time simply logging into your prior to 6pm Wednesday, the week prior to you next delivery. To skip a week or a few, email us at before midday on Wednesday and we will process your request.



  • Can I choose my meals?

    Sure! Just log in to your Prep'd account before midday Friday, the week prior to delivery, and make your meal selections for the following week. We will even send an email to remind you! If you’re too busy, or forget to order, we will send you our most delicious dinner kits.

  • What are the benefits of joining Prep'd?

    Signing up as a member means you will be sent your specified size and number of dinner kits, on your selected day, every week, unless you cancel your subscription. It makes dinnertime so much easier! You can log in and choose your menu, or relax and we will choose for you.

  • Do you deliver to my area?

    We currently deliver to the central areas of Perth, from Fremantle to Hillarys, check the 'Delivery Area' tab in our 'How it Works' section to see if we are in your area . If we're not yet delivering to your area, feel free to register your interest in receiving a Prep'd delivery and in the future we may add your area to our delivery schedule.

  • When do you deliver?

    We deliver from Tuesday to Thursday between 10am and 5pm, depending on where you live. We will even send you an alert to your mobile phone, letting you know that your dinner kits have arrived.

  • Do I need to be home when you arrive?

    No, you don’t need to be at home to greet us. Your food will remain cold and fresh in our esky for 4-5 hours. You can let us know a secure, shaded delivery spot when you place your order.

  • What pantry items do I need?

    Just the basics: olive oil, butter, salt and pepper, and milk. We provide all the fresh vegetables and herbs, meat and other protein, as well as freshly made sauces, spice mixes, marinades, rubs, fresh pastas, rice and any other sides or specialty ingredients.

  • What do I do with the packaging and the delivery esky?

    Simply place all your rinsed food packaging back into the dinner kit paper bag, and pop it straight into your recycling bin. Make sure you leave your esky out on the day of your next delivery so we can reuse it. There is a $5 charge if your esky is damaged or not returned.

  • Do you provide calorie information?

    Yes. This information is included on our recipe cards and online.

  • Can I change or update my meal preferences?

    You have until midday Friday, the week prior to delivery, to make your dinner kit selections for the following week. We will send you an email to remind you. Or, just relax and let us choose our most delicious meals for you.

  • Can I trial a dinner kit before joining?

    We would love you to! When ordering, choose the 'guest' option then make your meal selections and choose your dinner kit size. Give us a go – we are sure you will love the convenience of your Prep'd dinners.

  • Can I order casually, rather than signing up?

    Yes, you can order as a guest.

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    No, as long as you place the minimum order.

  • Can I cancel, pause or skip my delivery?

    Absolutely. Just email us at by midday Wednesday, the week prior to delivery week.

  • Are the meals allergy friendly?

    We provide a balanced menu which includes a gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian choices. We do not process nuts in our kitchen and when providing nuts for a recipe, these are pre-packaged off site, however some products purchased from outside suppliers may be packaged in an environment where nuts are present. Please use due caution. Our recipes can be altered in your home to suit your taste and allergies.

  • Do I need to be a confident cook?

    Not at all. In fact, we think Prep’d will improve your cooking skills! With our easy-to-follow recipes, and our helpful tips, even beginner cooks can create a variety of delicious meals in their own kitchen.

  • We are big eaters. Will the serves be enough?

    Both the couple and family boxes include generous serves. The couples food box is perfect for 2 hungry adults and the family food box suits 2 adults and 2-4 kids. A family with younger kids may have leftovers to freeze or eat the next day. Hooray!

  • My kids are fussy. Will they like the meals?

    We are pretty sure they will! All our meals are taste-tested on children of varying ages before they make it onto the Prep'd recipe list. Recipe cards will also include tips to make parts of the dishes more appealing to young children if needed – so the whole family can enjoy the same meal in slightly different ways.

  • What if I love a recipe – will you repeat it?

    Yes! We know families have their favourite recipes and if the kids are happy (and eating their dinner) mum is happy too! We would love you to tell us your favourites. Our members’ most-loved recipes will make regular appearances. Tell us your favourites by emailing

  • Can I purchase items from your shop without a meal kit order?

    Sure! Shop items may be purchased without a dinner kit order with a minimum spend of $100. Delivery or postal fees may apply. Get in touch by emailing for more information.

  • Will I save money on my grocery bill?

    We think so! You only pay for the ingredients you actually use – saving money and reducing waste.
